is a great combination of Classical Ballet style and affordable price.
Features:
-Six layers of graduated pleated tulle attached to Lycra waistband
-Panty with ruffles on the seat
-Waistband and panty made from soft, breathable nylon blend
-Hoop wire included
-Leotard not included
Please note: tutus are shipped without the hoop wire to save on shipping cost to the buyer. It only takes a couple of minutes to insert included hoop wire into tutu casing.
