This basque is new with untouched and original hang tags, style 74870, I am offering 3 colors here and it will match any tutu I am selling in the same color from Wolff Fording. The front is a non-stretch velveteen (it is a cotton based fabric, see the back pics,and it has a short nap) it is princess seams and the hem is boned. The back of this item is a stretch plush velvet lycra to ensure great fit.  This item retails at $30 and is perfect.  These are manufactured by Wolff Fording and are perfect, brand new and will come in the original manufacturer’s packaging.Even though this looks like a ballet item, many dancers will wear them with jeans for a classy look as a top.
