This is a brand new with untouched and original hang tags romantic 30″ tutu (in adult sizes), the layers are all tulle and chiffon, 4 layers, soft feel. There are no trunks attached to this pull up elasticized tutu, the waist is a very comfortable 2 inch wide band.
You can put these over any leotard and have a ballet costume, this is the 4919 from Mainstreet and it retails for $29
in the adult sizes. All models are showing this style line over a leotard or with a basque which is not being offered.
