8 DEPRESSION OPTIC RIB CLEAR BOWL BROWN STEM 3" CORDIAL TALL SHERBET THIN GLASS

This listing is for a set of 8 absolutely exquisite depression-era sherbet glasses or aperitif glasses. They are incredibly thin, light, and fragile – typical of stemware of that era. They are too small to be champagne glasses – they stand only 3″ tall and the opening is 2 3/4″ wide. The bowl is a clear optic rib, while the stem and foot are a smooth brown – not yellowish enough to be considered amber.
And they are apparently somewhat unique – I cannot find the maker, and I cannot find anything similar anywhere on the web. They remind me very much of Utility Glass Works sherbet glasses, though these pieces do not fit any of the known patterns of UGW, and the glass seems just a hair’s breadth thicker than UGW pieces I have handled. If you recognize these pieces, please, let me know!
